Delivery

UK

Delivery has a free option on all items to the United Kingdom.
Orders will usually be dispatched in one day.
Delivery will typically takes 1-5 business days. However please allow a few days more until contacting us.
Delivery will be carried out by the Royal Mail or an alternative reliable courier.
If you need a guaranteed fast delivery you must contact us.

Unfortunately we can't make guarantees about how long delivery will take since once the product has been dispatched it's out of our control. Consequently we can't be held responsible for any delays. If goods are damaged during delivery we must be notified as soon as possible and always within a 24 hour period. We'll then send a replacement once the item has been returned. Postage will be refunded.

Selecting the express option during checkout will increase the chances your order arrives faster. However it isn't guaranteed next day delivery.

Europe

For deliveries to Europe we charge a fixed rate of £6.99-15 depending on weight. Because of the increased distance deliveries will take longer, usually 3-7 working days.

As with our customers within the UK we must be notified within 24 hours of any damage. Because of the extra costs involved we are unable to refund postage costs if an item is damaged or faulty.

Delivery time in our experience is inconsistent to Europe. If you need fast delivery please contact us for an express service.

Delivery for these locations costs £6.99-15 and will likely take 5-12 days. If your country is not listed above we don't yet deliver there.

Amazon

Some of our orders are fulfilled by the Amazon fulfilment network. Although the products come in an Amazon branded box, they are still our products. They have simply been stored and dispatched by Amazon for logistical reasons.
