The BoostBot has 3 main functions - transparent boost, buffer and level display. It's great at restoring the signal of your chain if you've got a large amount of pedals or cables. When the boost is all the way down, the pedal will function as a buffer only. As you turn the knob on the side you should get up to 20dB boost. Works for any instrument. It's so small that you can actually put it on top of other pedals if you want to save some space - it's under 5x5 cm.
