There are loads of possible tones you can get with the pedal with its 3 band EQ and 3 JFET gain stages. The boost button (which can be activated via a separate foot switch) is added before the overdrive circuit. One of the best features about this pedal is that it's perfect for other instruments such as bass, keyboard or even distorted drums too. Using the Dry knob you can retain as much of your original signal as you want.
