With the Tri Mixer you can create separate effects loops (as many pedals as you want) and then either run them in parallel or individually to create some unique tones by using your pedals in new ways. You can also use it to run signal to different amps, or combine different instruments into one output. Loads of functionality in a surprisingly small enclosure.
