Old Blood Noise Endeavors (often shortened to OBNE) are based in Oklahoma. They produce some really unique pedals by adding twists on classics. So they take a standard modulation pedal for example and then let you run different modulation effects in parallel with each other. Or they take standard distortion and throw in a bunch more EQ settings. This makes them great at helping musicians create something a little different.
