Q&A

Q. Can offer any discounts?

A. We will happily price match any other UK based supplier. If you want to order 4+ pedals get in touch and we'll see what we can do!

Q. Can you get X pedal in stock?

A. Yes! Just let us know what you want and we should be able to get hold of it for you.

Q. I lost my instructions do you have any spare?

A. If you go to the official EHX site here you should be able to find the product you want and to the right side of the page you can see a .pdf to download the instructions.

Q. Do you accept returns?

A. Yes, if you don't like the pedal no problem. Just send it back in a good condition! You have 2 weeks but we're quite flexible.

Q. My pedal power supply got lost / broken. What should I use?

A. This can be a little bit more complicated with EHX pedals since not all of them take a standard 9v power supply. Some use 12v AC, 18v DC as well as other variations. The best idea is to check the official EHX site or ask us.

Q. What's the EHX Story?

A. They were founded in 1968 by a man called Mike Matthews. They soon established themselves amongst many bands (especially prog), who used the EXH pedals to get the tones they were looking for. They then stopped making pedals and isntead focused on vacuum tubes, however the pedals were still popular and very much in demand. They reissued the old pedals in the 1990s and then in the early 2000s started adding great new pedals to the range. They've always tried to make their pedals durable and reliable, but affordable.
