A great budget Wah pedal which gives you that distinctive Wah sound but at a fraction of the cost of the more popular brands. You have full control over the extent of the Wah and can alter it by manipulating the foot control. The pedal is made from plastic, but should be able to stand up to regular use if treated well.
It’s powered by a 9v battery which is securely fastened inside the pedal. To replace the battery you need to undo the 4 screws on the bottom of the pedal. The battery lasts quite a while and shouldn’t need replacing often. The pedal also takes a power supply however it’s a little different to standard power supplies. It takes a 9v DC power (standard) but via a 1/8" (3.5mm) jack. So a power supply of this size, or suitable adaptor will be needed. (Try searching for a 3.5mm power converter).
This pedal has been modified. On similar designs the foot switch doesn’t properly work - so in order to turn the Wah effect on and off you need to put your hand inside the pedal. However with our design you can turn the Wah on / off by pressing your foot all the way down and lightly applying a little more pressure with your heel.
