This pedal is the orginal muff circuit x2 which can be played individually or together. It can go from a creamy overdrive all the way to heavy fuzz when engaging both muffs. Using one you'll get a good boost + gain with a touch of fuzz. With both you'll get a heavier fuzz. Works best at the start of your chain. It's built to a high standard with great reliability. Something different than a big muff.
