Perfect for a range of genres from grunge to indie, new wave and pop rock. The speed of the chorus is controlled by the Rate knob. Flicking the Depth switch as you would expect does impact the depth of the chorus but also seems to modify the tone somewhat making it useful for experimentation. 

As is a trend these days this pedal doesn't have an internal battery compartment. Although you can use a connector cable to connect a battery if you really want.
