There's so much scope to tweak your tone with the Q-Tron +. You can get great wah, fuzz, distortion and echo tones depending on how you use it. It's essential over the standard Q-Tron if you really need specific tones from your envelope filter as opposed to general ballpark tones you can get with the original. Great for Funk but also other experimental genres. Works well with bass too.

It's possible to place different pedals between the preamp and filter using the effects loop feature.
