The Sweet Baby can provide some incredible clear and transparent overdrive tones. It's incredibly dynamic so will respond to your play style. So you can get some quite thick and crunchy sounds out of it if you play aggressively, yet softly strumming chords won't sound too harsh, even on higher drive settings.

So this pedal is best for guitarists who want to keep their tone intact opposed to those after an all out brutal distortion pedal. Although the pedal can still suit a wide range of musical styles depending on your own personal play style and setup.

The JF-36 has Volume, Drive and Focus controls which let you dial in suitable tones. As you would expect, it has a true bypass foot switch to minimise tone loss when inactive.
