The Eclipse works really well with a clean channel amp in order to create a true 3 channel setup. Both channels on the pedal will sounds the same if set up identically but even small chances impact tone massively. The idea is to set up the different channels for the different types of tones you're after like rhythm or lead. Voice adjusts the top end and is designed by Suhr to adjust the pedal to different amps.
